Our coaching process is designed to help individuals, teams, and organizations to gain clarity on the core, underlying issues and shift perspectives to make meaningful progress towards their aspirations and goals. We recognize that our inherent biases and limited experiences can cloud our judgment, leading us to solve symptoms rather than addressing the true underlying cause of our challenges.
These biases sometimes include an unwillingness to give up control and trust the wisdom and experience of the people we surround ourselves with to make good decisions. Another bias is an underling fear of failure rather than acceptance that growth and experience come as a result of “failing” our way to success and changing our belief that Incremental progress trumps delayed perfection.
That’s why we take a critical thinking approach to empower our clients to move past their blind spots and consider seeing the world as it may be rather than biased by their own experiences and emotions.
