With over 10 years of experience working with leading companies in various industries, Bryan has developed a unique set of skills in machine learning, statistics, data analytics, data engineering, and software development. He has a proven track record of success, having improved YouTube’s recommendation system at Google and built high-value machine learning models to manage risk at Capital One. 

In addition to his technical expertise, Bryan is a skilled communicator who listens intently and asks perspective-changing questions. He is deeply committed to mentorship and coaching, having dedicated two years in Honduras to helping individuals make positive changes in their lives and working with youth to set and achieve goals. In his free time, Bryan enjoys coaching lacrosse, spending time with his wife and three children, and participating in outdoor activities. He is also committed to volunteering and giving back to his community.
