Keeping people; students, employees, parents, and colleagues at the forefront of his decision making has always been his North Star.  Chris’ most cherished memories are grounded in the positive and nurturing relationships he has built with the people he has served, especially students and their families. Mentoring and coaching others through challenging personal experiences, difficult decisions, required organizational change, and collaborative leadership development provides him with great personal satisfaction. Chris’ varied experience, well developed interpersonal communication skills and ability to assist individuals build clarity, set goals, and process outcomes can empower them as they strive to develop and meet personal, professional, and organizational aspirations.
