Chris a highly experience coach with over ten years of service in the United States Army. He has led several high-performing teams. He specializes in leadership development, positive psychology, and creating positive company cultures. Throughout his professional career, Chris has sought feedback and developed inclusive leaders to engage and empower others to achieve their best. Chris has spent a decade serving as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. Most recently, he served as a company commander at Fort Carson, Colorado. He is currently a Tactical Officer at the United States Military Academy at West Point; responsible for the character development, mentorship, and integration of cadets into Officership. Additionally, Chris has provided coaching and counseling to students, sports teams, and military officers. Growing and learning with others remains the most fulfilling influence through his service career.
As an executive coach, Chris specializes in leadership development, performance improvement, finding purpose, change management, and creating company culture.
In his free time, Chris enjoys fitness training, spending time with his family and reading. Chris is married, and the father of two children.
