David Shepard is a highly experienced professional with a career that has focused on empowering and coaching others to reach their full potential. He has a strong background in sports talk radio and has spent time as a teacher and coach, leading his students to achieve the highest growth in reading scores at their school. He has also held executive producer and national sports columnist roles, and currently hosts on CBS Sports Radio and SiriusXM NBA Radio, reaching millions of subscribers across North America. In addition to his media career, David is the JV boys’ basketball Head Coach for Calhoun, where he has had the opportunity to work with high-level athletes. David’s coaching expertise includes leadership development, creating culture, self-acceptance, conflict resolution, and resilience training. He believes in helping others see their true potential and make necessary adjustments to become their best selves.
