David Ferraro

David Ferraro is a seasoned senior executive with over twenty years of experience leading all aspects of a complex manufacturing business, having 50-100 employees. David has crafted and executed a successful vision and strategy to bring value to a variety of stakeholders. Navigating the organization through a variety of business climates and industry change has given David invaluable experience.

David is intimately involved with procurement, finance management engineering, technology, business automation processes, human resource issues and data-driven business decisions with the goal of improving operational efficiency and bringing more value to customers. He has superb communication skills, and his passion is connecting with employees and coaching them to be better at what they do and more successful members of their respective teams.

Conversely, he also develops corporate strategy, communicates the company’s value proposition to customers, and inspires employees to understand their role in a complicated and challenging environment.

David is an avid golfer, astronomy and space enthusiast, is actively involved with regional manufacturing groups, and serves several local charitable organizations in various capacities. David has an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University. He is married and has 2 children.
