Elisabeth Kelley

Elisabeth is an experienced business and life coach with a career spanning eighteen years in both the private and public sectors. While Elisabeth’s career was primarily focused in the Technology sector on Wall Street, she identified an early passion for developing talent and supporting diversity initiatives.
Having been given the opportunity to participate in a high-potential talent incubator, Elisabeth graduated the program with an eagerness to aid other pipeline talent in their career growth and development. She quickly gained the support of corporate executives to design and deliver an executive coaching and mentoring program for female talent in Technology, providing growth and development opportunities through cross-functional stretch assignments. After the success of the talent development program, she directed her attentions to driving diversity initiatives in support of promotion and mobility opportunities for women in Technology.
Since the initial success of Technology programs, Elisabeth has broadened her coaching programs to also include career coaching, conflict management, and productivity coaching for individuals and teams, as well as life, family and parenting, and relationship coaching.
