Elizabeth Wolfgruber

(Elizabeth) Liz is Executive Partner, Operations at Step Up. In her role, she supports Step Up’s Executive Suite, Business & Executive Coaches and Life Coaches & Mentors. After receiving a dual bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Psychology from Gettysburg College, Liz moved to Los Angeles where she took a position in the Affiliate Sales & Marketing department at Fox Cable Networks. While in that role, Liz supported the Vice President of Operations and Corporate Sales Managers. She also maintained daily communications with regional employees providing nationwide operational support. Liz later moved to Charlottesville, VA so her husband could attend The University of Virginia Law School, and began working for a small, yet rapidly growing Educational software firm, ExplorLearning. What began as a temporary role processing sales orders, quickly turned into a seven year position working primarily with sales staff and building positive customer relations. In her role, Liz also worked with the Business and Product Development teams to promote corporate growth and achievement. 

Liz currently resides in CT and enjoys friendly games of tennis, reading, and cheering on her four children in their various sports endeavors.
