Daron Shepard, Founder
Coaching is not what I do, it’s who I am.
Throughout my career I have gravitated towards roles that provided opportunities for empowering organizations and people to discover a better version of themselves.
It’s a privilege to be trusted by clients who share their experiences, beliefs, fears, hopes and hearts in the hopes of the revelation of truth and clarity. It’s an honor to participate in the transformation of people’s attitude, actions and outcomes.
I currently facilitate monthly team meetings and provide individual coaching to CEO and business owners through Vistage International, a 22,000 member based peer advisory organization. I also maintain a private coaching practice for executives, individuals and families.
I invite you to join me on my journey of self discovery to become the best version of ourselves, You may learn more about whether I may be the appropriate coach to work with you through the testimonials on this website or from my LinkedIn profile.
