FALL 2025 Introductory Program:

When: Tuesdays, 7:30–8:45 PM ET (6:30-7:45 PM CT) in Nov-Dec 2025

– Session 1 (Nov 4th): Limiting and Empowering Beliefs

– Session 2 (Nov 11th): Triggers of Emotion & Stress

– Session 3 (Nov 18th): Issue Processing

– BREAK (Nov 25th): OFF FOR THANKSGIVING

– Session 4 (Dec 2nd): Action Steps & Appreciation

+ WEEKLY CHECK-INS: Participants will check-in via Secure Message Group-Me with their group facilitator to receive accountability and coaching towards addressing their weekly ‘action steps’ 

Where: Virtual (Zoom – Link to be provided via email before program start)  

Who: Both teens and young adults are invited.

• Teens (Ages 15–18) — for high school students managing academics, sports, expectations, and college decisions.

• Young Adults (Ages 18–25) — for college students and post-grads balancing independence, direction, and relationships.

Both age groups will be joining the same meetings, but will be separated into breakout rooms by age for discussions relevant to respective stage of life. 

 What: Some topics we will cover include…

• Handling pressure and performance expectations

• Clarifying identity, purpose, and self-image

• Building resilience and learning from setbacks

• Communicating honestly, effectively and strengthening relationships

• Developing tools for calm thinking and confident decision-making

Led By:

Trained near-peer facilitators — college and post-grad leaders, former athletes, and young professionals — who guide structured, peer-based conversations.

How to Join:

• Registration opens on Sunday, October 26th @ 8:00 AM and closes on Sunday, November 2nd @ 11:59 PM

• Spots are limited; future introductory programs will be offered in January 2026 

Cost:

• Tuition: $150/participant for 4 session program + weekly check-ins with trained facilitator

• Payment: Made securely at the following link. Due Sunday, November 2nd @ 11:59 PM when registration closes.

• Scholarships available to ensure access for all participants. Cost of tuition can be subsidized or covered for those with financial need. Check ‘Tuition’ section in Registration Form to apply for funding

• If sponsored by a partner program, input sponsor code in Registration form, for reduced cost

Other Logistics:

• For participants UNDER the age of 18, a parent permission slip will be emailed and MUST BE SIGNED before teen enters programming

• After students complete this 4 week INTRODUCTORY READY program, they will be eligible for larger READY programs beginning in 2026. Participation in these future READY programs will provide eligibility to become a trained facilitator
