Recovery Coaching
Recovery is defined by the SAMHSA (Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration) as a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live a self-directed life and strive to reach their full potential.
By now you have heard the terms, “Sober Curious,” or “California Sober,” and may have wondered if these new perspectives on managing your relationship with substances is something you might consider.
Are you questioning the role alcohol or any other substance is now playing in your life? Are you wondering if there’s a way to manage your use in a more productive way? Curious of why your use has seemingly changed over time?
Recovery Coaching can help your exploration by providing a coaching framework and safe environment to allow you to open your thoughts and really explore how your overall health and wellbeing can improve by shifting your perspective and mindset around the role substance(s) play in your life.
Career Experience
It was really great working with Tara as my coach. It was an eye opening experience to say the least. Somewhere along the line I forgot I had dreams and choices and Tara helped me realize both. I am now on a career path and adventure of a lifetime that was opened up for me by working with Tara. Great experience! I highly recommend Tara’s services.

Tara went above and beyond with me working as a coach and mentor.
She quickly helped me to identify my strengths and challenged me to once again believe in myself, both personally and professionally. I left every session with a renewed sense of purpose and drive all because of Tara’s never-ending positivity, support and motivation. Words alone cannot truly describe how much Tara’s coaching has done for me.
